Leslie Lindeman

Leslie joined the Pre-Transfer Advising staff after serving as an Academic Advisor in the College of Journalism and a graduate advisor in the Office of Letters and Sciences at the University of Maryland. Previously, she worked as a part-time Academic Advisor at Carroll Community College in Westminster, MD.

Leslie’s research and professional interests include the transfer student experience, technology-mediated advising, and associate degree attainment. She has presented at the regional NACADA (the National Academic Advising Association) conference, national ACPA (American College Personnel Association) convention, and the University of Maryland Office of Undergraduate Studies Advising Conference.

Leslie received her B.A. in American Studies from Franklin & Marshall College and her M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Maryland.
